Christmas Card Countdown #1

Afternoon all, welcome to my first instalment of my christmas card countdown!

If you have no idea what i'm talking about I will explain.

For the turn of the new year I set up some crafting resolutions, so far this year i'm not doing too bad, other than the lack of peel offs (makes a change for me)! One of them is that I will make a minimum of 5 Christmas cards per month and post them on the 1st of each month starting from today.  I find that when christmas comes i'm always making quick last minuet ones and I would like not to have that rush this year!

Ok so things are not exactly running to plan as I have run out of christmas peel offs, and my stamps are away, but the cards below are mostly complete, the hard bit os done! all that needs doing is sentiments putting on, so I bet order some bits later!

So here we are this month I have made all 3 different cards and then a batch of a different design.  You have seen one of them already for one of my challenges at pear tree designs challenge #32 'free for all', but i will post that one again today.

So here we are;

You can find all the information on this card if you click here

Next up are a couple from Mo Manning, you can visit her shop here,  Her digis are amazing!!!

I have used 'I Love It', I have coloured him with pro-markers and mounted him on some card from my stash.  The sentiment will be 'Its all I wanted for Christmas, I Love it!'

Next up again from Mo Manning is 'Sticky', I think he is so adorable, I love his little ears, he sure looks to be tucking in! He has also been coloured with pro-markers and mounted onto some lovely purple card from the paper cellar! His sentiment is 'I'm just sweet', on the inside it says 'who cares if I get Sticky??  Happy Christmas'

I like to try and use the name of some of the stamps in the sentiments, as I feel its a nice touch!

Finally we have my little batch of cards, I have made about 30 of these, The sentiment will be stuck on with peel offs (when I get them), I dint have enough space to photograph them all, so I put as many as I could out!

These ones are mainly for Mark and Amelia.  Mark likes to give his pupils cards at christmas, it also helps with his business as some pupils that haven't done lessons in a while get reminded of him, and Amelia needs some for school.

These have been made from the SU Bauble set, I brought it at christmas, I have stamped the baubles in gold and silver Encore inks, punched them and then mounted them with sticky pads.  The card stock is from the paper mill, I 'bulk brought' loads when I was on holiday last year!

Well there we have it, my very first Christmas Card Countdown is complete! I cant wait to show you my creations next month! Im going to try and get all the close family cards done as they are the ones that I find hard at Christmas!

If you have time it would be lovely to hear what you think

Wow, Christmas already! I should do this. Then I could make really nice cards instead of making a bunch of hurried simple cards quickly.
Thanks for sharing!
