Digi Chooseday :)

Morning folks - I'm back again with another post for Digi Chooseday :) Thank you to everyone that joined in our first challenge! There were some fantastic entries - to see the winners pop to the blog and take a look :)

This week we have  fantastic challenge for you! its all about the….

'Diva'

:) How wicked is that! It just so happened that I found a wonderful Emma Canning image called 'Foxy Friend' that reminded me so much of a friend of mine who soon celebrates her birthday (I'm sure she would LOVE a fox as a pet given half a chance!) plus I know how much she loves to have a notebook in her bag at all times and so I made her a notebook!!

The image was coloured with copics and the papers are from my overflowing scrap box! the wording was cut on my cameo and the oval was cut on my big shot - the edges were distressed with Tim Holtz distress ink.  I also added some rhinestones just to give it a bit of bling :)

Well I do hope you like my notebook - I would like to enter it into the following challenges;

All Crafts Challenge - Anything but a Card
Make it Monday - Anything Goes

Thanks so much for stopping by, I do hope to see you again soon :)

Game Boy turns 18

Afternoon folks - well how cold and wet is it where you are - I can't believe how changeable this weather is at the moment - bright sunshine one moment and overcast raining cats and dogs the next….  Plus with the clocks changing Miss A and Miss N are being horrors and getting up at sill o'clock!!!

Anyway I'm here with a quick post today - I was asked by a good friend to do an 18th Birthday card for her boyfriend - she came and chose the image she wanted and left me to the rest :)

I used the fantastic Video Boy image from Mo's Digital Pencil - she said it looked so much like him!  The image was coloured with copics - as I did it in such a rush I completely forgot to note what colours I used!! The papers were all from my stash - if I remember rightly its a Teresa Collins one - but I have no idea what the name of it is!  The little flags, letters and the 18 were cut on my cameo and mounted on some shaker tape to add some diminution to the finished creation.

Well I do hope you like my creation - he was fun to colour :)
If you have a moment I would love to know what you think!

Hope to see you again soon

Happy Birthday Dude!

Afternoon, well the ball is rolling here and were in full christmas mode!  So much to do and so little time!! I am making so many gifts this year - only cause I can!!!  ANyway I'm here to share with you a card I made for a friends little ones birthday a few weeks back.

The little guy in question never fails to put a smile on my face, he comes over and likes to 'collect snail shells' from my garden as well as dig holes in places.  He is never forgets a thing!  For some reason when I saw this image it made me think of him!

Isn't he just adorable!  I kind of think its the sort of thing the little guy would do is catch a frog too! He is from Pollycraft  - unfortunately I don't think he is available anymore - so glad I have him on file as he is perfect for any little guy!! The image was coloured with copics and the papers are all scraps from my stash.  The 'Frankie' was cut on my cameo - His little face was a picture when he opened it and saw his name on it!  I would like to enter this card into the following challenges;

Sister Act Card Challenge - Anything Goes
7 Kids college fund - Anything Goes

Thanks so much for stopping by, If you have a moment I would love to know what you think!
