No I mean it… I made my eldest daughters costume for halloween! I was inspired by the wonderful Betty and Trudie! and I have come up with this….
Now because of the time of day plus with Amelia having tap tonight I have struggled to get a good photo but I desperately want to enter the whole costume into the 13 days of halloween challenge - the theme is 'for the kids' - I will try very hard tomorrow to take a better photo of the costume for you all to see!
But I will give you a little bit more info. The skirt was made using the no sew tutu technique (I saw betty make some tutus a couple of weeks ago and thought I had to try, plus Trudie made a beautiful wreath that inspired me too!) Also the wonderful Trudie does the most wonderful t-shirts and I just had to give it a go! The image is from Simply B stamps called Witchy Boo Betty - She is so cute!! I have also made a broach to go with the outfit but its still drying! I added the no-sew tutu technique to the arms of the t-shirt as well just to give it a bit more umph!
