Afternoon all, well i evening i suppose! well after posting quickly this morning we have been out had lunch and come home again, Milly is sleeping and Nancy is trying to climb the stairs!!
All the family are still ill, I now have a cold too, so were a rite bunch at the moment! going to make the most of the kids not wanting to run about!! and craft till my hear is content! Were now having out new years celebrations at my mum and dads tomorrow night!
I have finished one card since I have been home! Its for Marks dad, his birthday is tomorrow, this is the card from the girls, I don't have time to make one from each of them, I feel sometimes that there is no point in making a card from each of them, that will be in a few years when they can do it themselves!
The image is called 'the engineer' from digital pencil too, i printed him twice at the same size and then cut part of him out with the nestabilities, I have been round the edge of the paper with a dabber and tim holtz ink.
The background has been done with a stampin' up train track wheel I brought quite a while ago to go with the stamp set. Mmmm now i have a new idea for the rest of my afternoon!!
Well as I still have the card from us to do for Marks dad as well as 2 for a friends birthday and some cards for family birthdays! as one of my resolutions is that i will make all my cards, i'm sticking too it! so far this year i'm behind as usual!!! But I will catch up tonight!
If you have time, please tell me what you think, i love to hear what people have to say about my creations!
